Merge onto NS-101 E toward Annapolis Royal/Halifax. Follow NS-101 E to Bi-Hi/NS-102. Take exit 1G to merge onto NS-102 S toward Halifax.

Travelling from Halifax, take NS-102 and Trans-Canada Hwy/NS-104 E continue until your arrival to Antigonish, taking 35 exit, Taylors Rd following by Pomquet Monks Head Rd to Pomquet Beach Road, arriving to your first destination of Pomquet Beach Provincial Park and other sites you may want to visit during your stop.
Continuation to Isle Madame – Night Stays 3 & 4

Travel back on the Trans-Canada Highway/NS-104 E. Follow NS-104 E to Fleur-de-lis Trail/Louisedale Connector/NS-320 E in Richmond, Subd. A. Take Exit 46 from NS-104. Continue on Fleur-de-lis Trail/NS-320 E to your destination in Isle Madame.

Leaving Isle Madame, take Highway 104 towards St. Peter's and continue on until the highway becomes Highway 4. Watch for signage for Highway 125 towards Sydney, which will take you to Exit 8. This exit is on Route 22 which will take you to the village of Louisbourg. Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site is a short distance from the village.

This winding road with frequent climbs and descents, has lookouts overlooking spectacular views. A journey of 6 to 12 hours is expected to appreciate its splendor.
